Relay’s hybrid model blends online coursework with on-the-job learning. You’ll submit lesson plans, videos, and student work to ensure your training leads to real classroom impact. The curriculum is tailored to your grade and subject and includes strategies for using data to support student growth.
Our program offers the coursework needed for state licensure. Most candidates finish in one year with the experience and credentials to teach confidently. An optional second year leads to a Master of Arts in Teaching for those who want to deepen their foundation.
