Harnessing Identity to Build Trust focuses on examining how our identities and experiences impact our relationships with students and families. In this workshop, participants work to cultivate authentic relationships in their classroom by exploring specific actions to take to help build trust and infusing them into their initial introductions and interactions that occur early in the school year.
