Partnerships with senior school leaders and system-level leaders designed to align teacher and leader development for consistent, school-wide/district-wide improvement.
Aspiring Teachers and Early Career Educators
Master of Arts in Teaching: Our MAT + Teacher Residency places aspiring teachers in a school with expert teachers while completing graduate work. For current teachers, we also offer the MAT-only program.
Certification: We offer a pragmatic and efficient alternative route to certification/ licensure for the first step in becoming a teacher.
Advanced Certificate in Special Education: A four-term program for general educators who already hold a teacher certification.
Grow Your Own Teacher Program: A strategic staffing initiative designed to move individuals into the classroom and develop multiple teachers from a local community — including paraprofessionals, tutors, or career changers.
Outcome: Ready-to-teach educators aligned to a district’s/ network’s instructional vision from day one and the know-how to get better at teaching faster.

Mid-Career Teachers and Experienced Educators
Workshops: Targeted development for teachers that address common challenges.
Curriculum Support: Content and curriculum-specific coaching to support implementation planning, launch, and improvement cycles.
Starting Strong with Classroom Culture: A workshop series that proactively fosters a positive classroom culture and community, especially useful for teachers new to the school and district.
AI for Educators Microcredential: A virtual workshop series that empowers teachers to understand and use AI in the classroom. Microcredential provided in collaboration with Playlab.
Outcome: Aligned priorities and coherent instructional systems that support sustainable change, resulting in continuously improving and more engaged teachers who stay and grow in their practice.

Assistant Principals, Principals, Deans, Instructional Coaches
Instructional Leadership Professional Development: A week-long summer learning experience for instructional leaders who coach and develop classroom teachers, and who assist in the design of schoolwide systems.
National Principal Academy Fellowship: A one-year program with a cohort from around the country who work together to sharpen vision for instructional, cultural and strategic leadership. Designed to complement the ILPD, which allows for an entire leadership team to develop skills in the same instructional levers.
Outcome: Leaders who drive consistent, high-quality teaching in every classroom, aligned to teacher professional learning so everyone is speaking the same language.

National Principal Academy Fellowship: A one-year program with a cohort from around the country that can be used as a boost for a more seasoned leader or as a tool for whole-school turnaround; can be particularly effective when combined with customized coaching and training.
National Principal Supervisors Academy: A one-year program with a cohort from around the country focused on improving instructional leadership across multiple schools.
Customized Coaching and Training: Tailored programming and site-based support to build instructional leadership skills that make the whole system thrive.
Leverage Leadership Institute: This selective, one-year program aims to create model schools that exemplify instructional leadership best practices.
