Transcript & Enrollment Verification Letter Requests
Current and former students may request a copy of your Relay transcript or an enrollment verification letter confirming your Relay enrollment and/or Certification participation.

FERPA Requests: FERPA Waiver, Records Inspection Request, and Directory Non-Disclosure Request Forms*

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that affords students certain rights with respect to their education records, in particular the privacy of those records. Current and former students may submit the following FERPA-related Requests:
- FERPA Waiver
- Records Inspection Request
- Directory Non-Disclosure Request Forms - These forms are available in the Student Portal. If you have trouble accessing them, please contact support@relay.edu

- Leave of Absence or Withdrawal Request, available on the Student Support tab of your Relay Portal
Changes to Your Information
Please use any of the appropriate links below if you would like to make any changes to your Relay enrollment. Please note that the student update form tells us if there has been any changes to your personal information, employment, and to request a switch in major.
Benefits
Relay certifies veteran's enrollment to receive extra benefits. You can read more about the Post 9/11 GI Bill here and FAQs here. If you believe you are eligible for this program, please apply for your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) before submitting Relay's form. At this time, Relay can only certify matriculated students enrolled in certain programs which you can view here.
