Improving Access for Multilingual Learners in HQIM
Improving Access for Multilingual Learners in HQIM equips teachers with strategies to help multilingual learners access grade-level content through High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). In this session, teachers will explore the Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) model and apply it to their curriculum to use data-informed accommodations and modifications that support language learners while maintaining the rigor of HQIM. All participants will gain exclusive access to a curated AI tool, developed in partnership with Playlab, designed to support the implementation of the skills learned in the workshop. Available for Wit & Wisdom, Illustrative Math, and Eureka Math
