Our workshops develop leadership skills in instructional coaches and school leaders. Engage in hands-on sessions, data-driven discussions, and collaborative experiences to enhance your impact in schools and classrooms.
Focus areas:
Leading Student-Centered Culture
Explore how to intentionally create a student-centered culture in schools. Strong school culture fosters habits that promote effective instruction and a love of learning. In this session, you will learn to develop a vision for this culture, implement minute-by-minute plans, and establish systems to monitor and sustain it.
Weekly Planning Meetings
Leading planning meetings is essential for enhancing teachers' content knowledge and instruction quality. This session addresses the challenge of identifying productive struggle in lesson plans and modeling intellectual engagement through rigorous content. Join us to refine your skills in these areas and prepare for your upcoming planning meeting.
Weekly Data Meetings
Immediate analysis leads to improved student performance. This session teaches leaders how to utilize student academic data effectively through Weekly Data Meetings, enabling better standards alignment and planning for effective reteach lessons.
Observation and Feedback
Effective school leaders maximize their time and strategies to enhance student learning. This session covers the four keys to effective observation and feedback: frequent observations, identifying key growth areas, delivering direct feedback with action steps, and creating systems for translating feedback into practice. Participate in simulations and video reviews for self-reflection.

What are the workshop dates?
Workshops run throughout the year. Specific dates are indicated on the program page.
Who should attend?
Principal supervisors, principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches and/or teacher leaders interested in increasing the impact of their instructional leadership.
Are the sessions virtual or in-person?
Sessions are available in both formats, depending on region and availability.
How much do workshops cost?
$750 for in-person workshops and $550 for virtual workshops.
Why should I book a private workshop experience?
Book any of the workshops for your school or district. This option is for partners who want to send at least 20 participants to a workshop.
Benefits include convenience (schedule on days/times that work for your team, on your campus or virtually) and alignment — we work with partners to choose the right workshops for their goals.
