Leverage Leadership Institute Workshops
The Leverage Leadership Institute (LLI) prepares great leaders to become extraordinary. We offer one-day workshops that introduce LLI fundamentals, facilitated by a select group of public school leaders with a proven track record of results. Based on the work of Paul Bambrick-Santoyo and his books Leverage Leadership and Get Better Faster, these workshops focus on key leadership levers that allow for consistent, transformational, and replicable growth.
Our Workshops
We offer LLI workshops online and in locations around the country, which are open to any participants. To register, see our schedule below and click on the workshop that interests you. Each participant may take up to two Open Workshops. After that, they should contact the Partnerships Team to learn about Private Workshops and other Relay programs.

Option 1: Book Private Workshop(s)
Book any of the workshops for your school or district. Workshop pricing begins at 30 participants. Benefits of a tailored workshop experience include:
- Convenience: Workshops are scheduled on days and times that work best for your team, either on your campus or virtually.
- Alignment: We work with school partners to choose the right workshops for your educators and their professional development goals.

Option 2: Register for an Open Workshop
We offer LLI workshops online and in locations around the country, which are open to any participants. To register, see our schedule below and click into the workshop that interests you. Please remember that a participant may take up to two Open Workshops.
Virtual workshops are $550/ participant, and in-person are $750/ participant.

Leverage Leadership Institute Fellowship
The Fellowship is for principals and principal managers who serve in traditional school districts and charter management organizations from all over the world, and who have already demonstrated high levels of impact. We seek leaders who are motivated further up-level their skills in a community of peers and want to learn how to become a mentor for others.
