Classroom Culture 3: Positive Culture that Sticks

Description

This workshop series deepens teachers’ expertise in setting, reinforcing, and responding to classroom expectations by revisiting core techniques and extending them with new, practical strategies. Participants will have opportunities to sharpen the skills they learned in Classroom Culture 2 through structured practice, real-classroom scenarios, and peer feedback. They will explore additional approaches for communicating expectations, strengthening positive reinforcement systems, and using responsive techniques that support students’ needs in the moment. Through hands-on application and collaborative problem-solving, educators will leave with expanded tools and increased confidence to sustain a positive, predictable, and relationship-centered classroom environment.

Workshops include:

  • Setting Expectations 2.0
  • Reinforcing Expectations 2.0
  • Responding to Student Behavior 2.0

It was so refreshing to attend a professional development session that modeled best practices! It's so much easier to internalize and visualize what it can look like when you get to see it first.

Our facilitator was very inclusive, mindful of our time, and also did a great job of teaching adults. (Not always easy to do)

This was the best facilitated online session I have attended. It was so smoothly, calmly, and sensitively led. What a great model for our teachers and for myself as a leader. I am blown away by how engaging, organized, and meaningful this session was.
