Description
Reinforcing Expectations 2.0 focuses on strengthening positive reinforcement systems that help students consistently meet expectations. Teachers will build on foundational reinforcement techniques by practicing purposeful scanning, positive narration, and actively engaging with students to reinforce routines in real time. Through hands-on application and collaborative practice, participants will expand their toolkit for reinforcing expectations in ways that are proactive, inclusive, and sustainable.
2 hour workshop, offered online or in-person. For in-person, you must book a total of at least 3 workshops for a full day of PD.
Learning Objectives
Practice reinforcing directions to strengthen routines and support positive student habits by purposefully looking at all students, narrating progress, and actively engaging with students.
Apply and integrate multiple strategies for creating a positive classroom culture in a simulated classroom setting.
