Description
Responding to Student Behavior 2.0 extends teachers’ ability to respond effectively when students need additional support by deepening their understanding of behavior as communication and practicing advanced redirection techniques. Through structured practice and realistic scenarios, participants will build confidence using responsive strategies that maintain dignity, momentum, and relationships while preserving a positive classroom climate.
2 hour workshop, offered online or in-person. For in-person, you must book a total of at least 3 workshops for a full day of PD.
Learning Objectives
Practice advanced redirection techniques, including anonymous redirection, quick public redirection, and whole class reset.
Apply and integrate multiple strategies for creating a positive classroom culture in a simulated classroom setting.
